CTS and Ambient Enter Agreement for Volume Production of X2 Nodes

Boston, MA, October 18, 2006 - Ambient Corporation (OTCBB: ABTG), a leader in Broadband over Power Lines (BPL) solutions, and CTS Corporation (NYSE: CTS), a leading provider of electronic manufacturing services, today announced that they have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding related to production of Ambient's X² BPL Access Node.

Germantown, MD, October 17, 2006 - Telkonet, Inc. (Amex: TKO), the leader in providing in-building broadband access over existing electrical wiring, and EarthLink (Nasdaq: ELNK), the next generation Internet service provider, have agreed to test broadband over power line access and Internet voice service in nine apartment complexes located in the Washington, D.C. area using Telkonet's powerline backbone.
